Mini Sessions

Mini Session bookings are final and non-refundable. We block a specific date, time, and location for you and turn away other clients to do so, which is why we are unable to refund Mini Session fees.

Reschedules

If something comes up, email info@sesamepictures.com or text 818-483-3369 as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you case by case, including:

  • Moving you to another available date in the same Mini Session series, when space allows.
  • Holding the full session value as credit toward a future Mini Session date for up to twelve months from the original session date.

Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before the session may not be accommodated.

Weather and Out-of-Our-Control Cancellations

If Sesame. Pictures cancels a session due to weather, illness, or another situation outside our control, you will be offered a rescheduled date at no additional cost. If no future date works for you, the full amount paid will be credited toward a future session.

Full Sessions and Custom Bookings

Bookings outside the Mini Session product (longer custom sessions, branded shoots, weddings, etc.) follow the terms set out in your individual booking agreement. Where no agreement specifies otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable and the balance is refundable up to seven days before the session date.

Image Delivery

Once final edited images have been delivered, the session is considered complete and no refunds will be issued for image preference, styling choices, or post-session dissatisfaction with appearance. We do our best to set expectations clearly in the pre-session communication and Style Guide.
