An afternoon in the redwoods with my own kids. We brought a blanket, a few toys and the dog, then let them wander. The light coming through the trees did the rest.

Autumn under the redwoods, everyone in their reds and plaids. Tall trees, low sun, and a family that laughs easily together.

Golden hour in the tall grass with my wife and our daughter, back when she still fit in the crook of an arm. A picture book, no posing, and the two of them just as they are.
